How do successful business successions and the right partnerships for tomorrow come about? With the VBKI Matching Party 2026, the Association of Berlin Merchants and Industrialists (VBKI), Bürgschaftsbank Berlin-Brandenburg, Nachfolgezentrale Berlin, the Economic Council of 1. FC Union and the EMF Institute at HWR Berlin are creating a space for exchange, networking and new perspectives around business succession and acquisition-based entrepreneurship.
The event is aimed at entrepreneurs, prospective successors and stakeholders from financing, consulting, academia and business practice. The event will open with short impulses that provide insights into opportunities, challenges and concrete paths to business acquisition.
The focus of the evening will be the matching islands. In this open networking format, transferors, potential successors, financing partners and experts will enter into targeted dialogue with one another. Contact persons from Bürgschaftsbank Berlin-Brandenburg, Nachfolgezentrale Berlin, HWR Berlin and business practice will be available for direct exchange and will share their practical knowledge around succession, financing and implementation.
The aim of the event is to establish suitable contacts, exchange experiences and further develop concrete succession or acquisition ideas. Participants can move freely between the discussion islands and discuss individual questions directly with suitable contact persons.
